They may assume that you’re too busy to do anything more for them. Or, there may be other reasons that they overlook you./PPOne way to generate Repeat business is to ask for it. Simply contact your client and let them know that you are available and are willing to share their future needs./PPThe right frequency to do this seems to be about once per quarter (every three months). If you do it more often, you can also come across as desperate. If you wait any longer, you may miss opportunities./PPIf you send an email, don’t forget to point out the benefits to the customer.
