In a positive move, Canon decided to extend many of its rebate programs into 2017. However, the downside is that many (but not all) of the lens rebates were reduced. The new rebate programs are scheduled to be live January 1 – February 4, 2017. Here’s a quick rundown.

Many lenses still qualify for a mail-in rebate (which were also extended through February 4) if you purchase more than one qualifying lens. If planning to fill multiple spots in your kit, be sure to check out the mail-in rebates to see if you can save even more with your purchase.
