This snowflake also was processed previously, but it is one of my all-time favorites, so i re-processed it with my current workflow.
This is large snow crystal of star plate type, and we can see that “main idea of it’s design” is combination of hexagons. I like it’s structure and how diffused light from cloudy sky illuminated the crystal. But most unusual and interesting part is pattern inside of central hexagon: it reminds me medieval coat of arms with massive shield and three crossed spears.
